Hi! We currently live in Tokyo, Japan, and planning to travel to Russia through China Beijing Capital, transit is about 9 h at night, but it seems we need a transit visa. Where can I find an information about the application procedure and fees? Unfortunately I couldn't find any information on the web-site of Chinese Embassy in Japan... Thank you.
