About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Hi, we are flying from Auckland to Europe with 18hrs stop-over in Guangzhou.

We already selected a hotel from the China Southern website. What are the procedures to go through to get to the hotel? We've read different stories and some sounded quite daunting. As we are travelling with very small children, we'd like to be prepared. All travellers on UK or NZ passports so we assume we are entitled to the visa-free stay?

Hi, if all of you meet the requirements of the China Southern, you can directly go to transit accommodation counter, 1 / F 20 Baiyun International Airport departure Hall to check in.
