About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Hello. I worked as ESL tutor in USA for 20 years, but my passport is Italian.

I want to teach in China but employers don't agree whether i should apply for work visa or business visa. However, Chinese embassy website states that they decide which visa I'll be granted. Please advise for best practices.

Aic, you had better apply for the work Z visa because you gonna take a job in China. Business visa may also work, but it has relatively shorter duration of stay, which may require you to exit and entrer regularly.
