Return of visa and passport?

How do I get my documents (visa and passport) back for traveling to China if you don’t mail them back to me. Surely you don’t expect everyone from the states serviced by your San Francisco consulate to show up in person to pick them up?

If you cannot do that in person, you can entrust your friend or family member to pick up the result on your behalf.
