Is there 2 way cable car available at JinShanling?

There are cable cars up and down in the scenic spot, which takes about 20 minutes and costs CNY40 per person in a single trip.

Some direct shuttle buses run to the scenic spot inside the 915 or 942 Bus Station at 45 Outer Byway, Dongzhimen. You can first get there from your hotel and then take the bus. These buses depart at 7:40 and 08：20, then return at 15：30 and 16:00. If you choose the shuttle bus, you must pay attention to the time limitation and avoid missing your bus.
The whole ride takes about 2 hours and the ticket fare is CNY32 per person in a single trip.

I won’t suggest you take the taxi because it costs too much and sometimes it may be slower than taking a bus due to the traffic jam.

I think you can choose to ascend up Badaling Great Wall at first. Because it is the most famous and earliest section in the Great Wall tourism development among the three. With very convenient transport and perfect facilities, four of you including your elderly parent can receive a more pleasant and comfortable service. Nice trip in CN!
