Hello, I'd grateful if you could tell me which bus to take? And where should I be getting off?

You can take the subway line 11 from the airport to Che Gongmiao Station and then transfer here to take metro line 7 to Shangsha Station. Get out of Exit C and walk to south about 600m, you can get the hotel.
