I land at 6am in Guanzhou and depart to there at 8:15am on the same day (2 hours & 15 minutes stop) I then land at 1:30pm in Urumqi and depart to Moscow at 6:55pm on the same day (5 hours and 25 minutes stop).My bags go straight through, however I'll need to go through immigration. I’m sorry to tell you that you need to get a visa. If you also leave China from the Guangzhou Airport within 72 hours, you don’t need a visa.

Hi, I'm an Australian traveling to Moscow via Guanzhou and Urumqi in June.

I’m sorry to tell you that you need to get a visa. If you also leave China from the Guangzhou Airport within 72 hours, you don’t need a visa.
