About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

I am flying in to Beijing from Dubai and then transferring to Tianjin port for a cruise

on Ovation of the Seas with the first port of call being Okinawa. Would I qualify for the 144 hour transit visa?
