I have a UPS account, but the price is out of our price range.  Can someone please help me get a rate for these good to be shipped from 116100 to 87113?

I’m not sure what your price range is. But according to the China Post, the post fare of your package is around CNY 260 by SAL, which does not include package documents fee, customs inspection fee, registration fee, etc.
