144 hours visa free. Thanks very much !!!!

San Francisco to Shanghai for 6 days and Shanghai to Hong Kong for 10+ days back to USA. That okay ?

It's okay but only if your San Francisco to Shanghai flight does not stop in either Hong Kong or China.
