About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I have around 12 hours of transferring time in Beijing.

I would like to visit BJ a bit but I will have a hand luggage. Is there any place to keep it for free for transferring customer in terminal 3? As I know there's one in terminal 2.

Well, as I know, there is no place to keep the luggage for free. You should consult the exact charge when you arriving at the airport. In T3, the left luggage counter is located at East & West public space of Arrival Hall on 2F of T3-C. The hotline is +86 010-64558579/010-64558580.
