I’m traveling with my mother in law who is a greencard holder with Philippines passport. Is she eligible for 144 free transit. coz we’re planning a day tour in Shanghai. Or we have to apply her a tourist visa just for 1 day tour. We have 12 hrs lay over in Shanghai via PVD.
