About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

How will i know actual balance on my Beijing Transportation Smart card?

Is it written directly on the ticket?

It won’t be written directly on the ticket. When you swipe in and out of subway stations, the balance will be shown up on the screen. Also, you can check it at the box office or on the ticket vending machine.
