Can I get refund on balance of Shanghai Public Transportatn Card?

Can I get a refund on the unused balance of my Shanghai Public Transportation Card?
I paid Y100 and didn’t realise the train trips cost do little.

Yes, of course. You can get the refund one the self-service machine at most metro stations.
