hi multi destination ticket

Question

Purchased ticket from Saigon to Beijing and another  ticket to South Korea.  Will be in Beijing for 26 hours.  Do I need to apply for visa and also go to Police station to register.

If you travel on a US passport you´re eligible for the 144h twov.If you stay in a hotel, the hotel will do the registration at the police for you.If you stay private, you have to do it by your own.
