About:Beijing Capital International Airport

I fly Air China to Nanchang and transit at Beijing Capital Airport 6 hours.

Can I check in my luggage's from Melbourne to Nanchang and go through quarantine and custom at Nanchang international airport please.

No, you need to pick up the luggage and recheck them at PEK because it is an international to domestic transfer.

Yes you can. When you check in at Melbourne they will tag it for transfer to your domestic flight. You sign a waiver in Melbourne to allow Air China staff and China customs to carry out random checks in BJ. It only applies to Air China flights and is designed to free up staff at a very busy BJ airport.
