Arrive to Nanjing but leave from Nanchang

I have an itinerary like this:
Japan - Nanjing by flight
6 days later…
From Nanjing move by train to Nanchang
From Nanchang fly to Shanghai then fly to Korea — all these two flights the same day.

My question is, with this visa , can I move from Nanjing to Nanchang? And then fly back to Korea starting from Nanchang?
