Enquiry on the need for UK passport holder travelling to changsha for 3 days to apply for visa

Hi all,

may I enquire if there is a need for UK passport holder to apply for visa if staying less than 72 hours in Changsha? Its an exchange programme. Will be flying to Changsha straight from Kuala Lumpur and flying back to KL transiting via Guangzhou. Kindly advise. Thanks in advance

You cannot enjoy 72 hr free transit. You should apply for a visa for the trip beforehand.
