About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 hr visa query

Hi, would it be possible for me to get a 72 hour free transit for Beijing if I bought a separate flight to a third destination, despite being denied a normal entry permit? Also if I was travelling from Macau and wanted to return to Macau after, within the 72 hours, would I have to also buy a dummy flight back to Beijing from an outside destination, to complete my 72 hour requirements of China being the transit destination, or would it be okay to just buy a single flight leaving Beijing back to Macau within the visa time frame? For example, first flight Macau>Beijing>Taipei, second flight Beijing>Macau?

If you wanna cheat the chinese immigration with a fake flight then good luck.
They´ll catch at the airport and if you have luck you just have to pay a fine and ban you to enter China again in the next years.

Sorry but I don´t understand people who wanna cheat the immigration, do you think this guys are dumb?

Joseph, don't even consider this plan of getting a "dummy" flight for one second. If you try to trick Chinese immigration, you WILL be caught and detained, and the consequences will be very unpleasant.

Persons with visa refusal stamps in their passports will not be allowed to use visa-free transit since January. Deceiving Chinese immigration will, as the others pointed out, play even more poorly in your case as you are just begging to be blacklisted.
