About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Japan to China

I will be flying from Tokyo arriving Beijing at 10:30 PM on 5/29. I'll stay at a hotel near Mutianyu.
On 5/30 I'll visit the great wall then take a 6:30 PM flight to Hong Kong arriving at 10:00 PM.
On 5/31 I will visit Disney then leave Hong Kong at 2 AM returning to Tokyo at 7 AM.

Does this qualify for the 72-hour free transit?

Any advice on this type of transit is welcomed.

Beijing just have the 24h and 144h twov, no longer the 72h twov.
But you´re fine with your flights to use the twov.

And if you travel on a japanese passport, you can stay up to 15 days visa free in China.
