flight from us to vietnam

I'll flight from US to quingdao and from quingdao to kunming. And I only have 1 and half hour to switch plane in quingdao. I just wonder if I have time to go from quingdao international airport to quingdao domestic airport? One more question, me and my husband will have 4 boxes of our stuff, i wonder if we have to handle it ourselves when we switch airplane or the airplane people're gonna do it for us. Thank you
