About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I have booked a China Airlines flight that arrives at 23:30 in Beijing from Shenzhen, Terminal 3.

I then depart at 01:05 from Terminal 3 on China Airlines flight to Spain. Is this enough time to catch the second flight?

No, I'm sorry to tell you the time is not enough. At least 2 hours is needed. So you are advised to change your ticket.
