Visa for de facto partner

Hello,

I am looking to get a job in China. I have a long term partner (we aren't married, but considered de facto in Australia) would she qualify for the S1 type?

Also I don't know if it matters but I am Australian and my partner in American.

Thanks.

Hi, if you can provide the marriage certificate, she could get the S1 type no matter which passport she holds. If you don't have marriage certificate, I'm afraid she cannot apply for the S1 type.
