About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I have booked a Ukrainian Airlines flight that arrives at 01:10 in Beijing, Terminal 2.

I then depart at 03:30 from Terminal 3 on a Cathay Dragon flight to Hong Kong. I will have no luggage and will have checked in online in advance with Cathay Dragon. Should I cancel my flights?

No, you needn't. You have no luggage and the time is enough for you to transfer.
