Cambodian student with Resident permit in China can travel to Hong Kong?

I am Cambodian student studying in China. I have a resident permit to stay in China. I would like to travel to Hong Kong, where can I apply for Hong Kong visa in China (I am staying in Shenzhen)?

Hi, you can apply for it from the Shenzhen Liaison Unit of HK government.
