Japan Cruise with Shanghai stay from UK

I am flying from London to Shanghai, staying three nights in Shanghai, boarding a Royal Caribbean cruise to Japan and then returning to Shanghai on final day of cruise and upon disembarking in Shanghai, heading to the airport to fly back to London. Can I use the 144 hr exemption?

Nigel, you can use the 144 hr exemption in Shanghai twice. Nice trip.
