Can I bring 1l Scotch Whiskey & dried nuts such as almonds, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts into China?

Of course you can, but you have to pay for the Whiskey as registered luggage. Meanwhile, there is no specific limitation about alcohol if its degree is below 24(including 24), but if the degree is between 24 -70, you are only allowed to bring 5 liters at most. The degree of alcohol which exceeds 70 cannot be registered.

Nuts are allowed to bring into the country. Don't worry.
