2 times 144 hours

Is it possible to use the 144 hours free transit in a short amount of time? So arriving in Shanghai the 27th of July from the Netherlands, 2 days later flying to Vietnam, then after 2,5 weeks of Vietnam flying back to Shanghai and use the 144 hours transit visa again before flying back to the Netherlands?
