Hello, my visa is expiring Sunday, 29th April and it's also pubic holidays in China. I have all the papers, like school letter, JW202, but I have to wait for Wednesday to apply for. If I explain that my overstayed is due to the pubic holidays, will they pass out or I'll have to pay for the fees?
