About:Shopping in Shanghai

I'm going to Shanghai on 4/6/2018 and I want to visit the Muslim street food.

But it will be Ramadan month for muslims, so would this market be working or it will be closed for ,muslims are fasting ?

Not exactly, but it do have some impact on the stores, some of them may close earlier and the kinds of foods may be fewer.
