About:Visa on Arrival

Flight to Shenzhen, go to hong kong without immigration?

Can I take a flight to SZ airport and apply for a 5 day visa at Fuyong port? Or can I go without visa to HongKong from SZ airport and then cross the border again to SZ?

The second way is doable, you can fly to HK without a visa and then take a ferry to SZ Port to apply for a VOA.
