For 144 Hour visa am i still eligible if I doHong Kong -> Shanghai --> (2 hour transit HK) --> Germany?

As far as I know, you are not eligible for the 144-hour visa free transit in Shanghai if you fly from Shanghai to Germany while transiting in Hong Kong. But it can be applied if your route is Hong Kong-Shanghai-Germany. For the exact information, you are suggested to contact Shanghai General Station of Immigration Inspection at 0086-21-51105100.
