Contracted with Hepititis still eligible for china work visa?

Got a job offer in China. The company asked me to do medical check up in China. However I want to be sure if I am totally fine before I go, so I plan to do a medical checkup before I go. Let's say if I'm contracted with hepetitis B, would I still be eligible to get a work Z for working in China?
