Will this count as transit ?

HI, my ticket originates in Tel Aviv, I will fly to Shanghai via Munich and Geneva (1 week stopover) return from Shanghai via Francfort - Geneva - Tel Aviv. Am I eligible for a transit visa ?

If you fly Germany-China-Switzerland or Switzerland-China-Germany you are eligible for transit without visa (if your passport qualifies). But Germany-China-Germany or Switzerland-China-Switzerland would not be eligible.
