I was born in August 1964 under wood dragon i guess..i have read that dragon this year has no luck..

and have read its on the whole 2018? How or what should and i do..to get luck specially on money matters? how about buying lottery ? And when is the goodtime to do things and or buy lottery? Please tell me? Thank you!

Well, you may find several chances to earn some money. But you won't invest money on unfamiliar fields. In daily life, try to save more money in order to deal with emergencies. Don't rely on lottery.
