Is it possible to take a taxi from Shanghai Pudong airport to a hotel in Rugao?

How time does it take and how much is it?

I don’t think it’s possible because of the long-distance.
You are suggested to take a long-distance bus to Nantong first, which takes about 3h and 100rmb. Then, you change to a bus to Rugao and it takes about 1h, 20rmb.
