About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Train from Shanghai t Hong Kong

Can I travel from Shanghai to hong Kong by train without a Chinese visa?

Just using the " 144 free transit visa"

I am from Belgium

I am eligible for the 144 Chinese transit visa.

But I want to get a train from Shanghai to hong Kong!


- do I need to apply for a Chinese tourist L! Or transit

Or can I just use the 144 hours?

I will arrive from south Korea by boat

And then will want to get a train Shanghai to hong Kong

You can do that as long as your Shanghai-Kowloon through train's ticket is purchased prior to arrival. You'll clear outbound Chinese immigration in Shanghai Railway Station.

I can arrive at Shanghai at any ports or airports of Shanghai, and be able without " a Chinese transit visa" to get

" The train Shanghai- Hong Kong" without a Chinese visa!!

Just benefiting of the "144 free visa in Shanghai"
But I have to have a train ticket to honk Kong prior to my arrival in Hong of

Ok!

But how can I get the train ticket before arrival to Shanghai???????

Online??????

It is impossible as. They seem to deliver to cover at hotel???

The only choice is to book through a travel agent.

travelchinaguide website sells train tickets. They then email a confirmation of the train ticket so you can pick up at the station. The confirmation is enough to show upon arrival in the port for the 144 hour transit without visa.
