About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Paris-Shanghai (PVG)-Amsterdam-Paris

Hello, I am going to Shanghai from Paris and on return I have a few hours stop in Amsterdam.
Is this itinerary acceptable for 144 hour free transit?
