Rennes-Paris-Shanghai-Amsterdam-Paris-Rennes do am I qualify?

Hello,
I plan to travel from Rennes (France) to Paris to Shanghai arrival the 18th of december at 07HOO local time and return the 24th of december at 12H40 from Shanghai to Amsterdam to Paris to Rennes. But there is another plane the 25th at 00H15 from Shanghai to Amsterdam to Rennes that I prefer (because i will stay the all day with my daughter who is studying at Tongji university) but it means that I will stay 15 minutes more... But in fact I would have already seen the custom at least 1 or 2 hours before taking off...
Can you please tell me if I can stay in Shanghai with a 144hrs visa with the 1st solution? And do you think that the 2cd one is risked.
