About:Shanghai Transportation

Does separate air ticket (different airline) is allowed when apply 144 hours visa free in Shanghai?

ex: sydney - > shanghai -> sydney
shanghai -> taibei -> shanghai

Well, although the separate tickets don’t make any trouble for the 144h TWOV, part of your route does. If your last destination is another international place not Taiwan, then only your first stay in SH doesn’t agree with the visa free transit policy.
