About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

I'm flying from Australia to Germany via Beijing

I'm planning to have a 2 days stop-over on the way to Germany and a 5 days stop-over on the way back 2 weeks later. Can I do this visa-free?
