US CITIZEN CHINESE VISA AT OKINAWA

Hello, I am a U.S. Sailor(Navy). I am working in Okinawa now, and want to travel to China in early July. however I don't see any Chinese Embassy in Okinawa. I want to ask, where should I go in Okinawa to apply for the Chinese VISA?
Thank you for your help.
