About:China Transit Visa

I want to travel from Okinawa to Beirut.I have waiting at Hong Kong airport .do I need transit visa?

I have waiting time 4 hours at Hong Kong air port and need to change the airlines and recheck my baggage ...I wonder if I need a transit visa for this 4 hours ..thank you

Syrians need a visa regardless of how long you will be in HK and whether you will be clearing immigration. The minimum processing time of a visa is 4 weeks plus the time needed to dispatch the visa by mail which can render the total time to easily exceed a month. If you don't have 4 weeks then the only choice is to change your ticket so you transit through a country which does not require transit visas for Syrians.
