About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Are 2.5 hours enough to transfer between T2 and T3 (both Intl. flights) at Beijing Capital Airport?

Do one has to go out and in again between Terminals and pass through immigration and luggage screening?
Do one has to collect his luggage from one Terminal to the other?

The time may be a little rushing. And yes, you need to go out and in again the terminal, then pass through the immigration but no need to collect the luggage.

Thank you. I will go for another flight that allows me 4 hours in between...hopefully that should be safer.
