need to renew chinese passport

Question

Wife needs to renew her Chinese passport. What documents does she need? What link specifically gets her to the passport application page? How does she schedule online? She is a permanent resident. She only has an I-551 stamp in her passport while she awaits her new green card. What documents does she need?Also, she is trying to do this at Los Angeles Consulate. They have NO information on their homepage.
