Need to renew Chinese Passport

Wife needs to renew her Chinese passport. What documents does she need? What link specifically gets her to the passport application page? How does she schedule online? She is a permanent resident. She only has an I-551 stamp in her passport while she awaits her new green card. What documents does she need?
Also, she is trying to do this at Los Angeles Consulate. They have NO information on their homepage.

Hi, to renew the Chinese passport in the US, the required documents are: passport and its copy, a completed application form, and 4 passport-style photos, Chinese ID card, residence permit in the US, an introduction letter as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary.
You can check the relevant information from the Chinese version of the official website of the consulate in Los Angeles.
