hello, visa application

Question

I need to apply for a tourist visa. Can I apply at the embassy or does it need to be only at the consular office?Also, if I apply 2 weeks before I travel (I have to travel somewhere else before so I need my passport), should I pay for express service or would it be enough time?Thanks.

Hi, you need to submit the application to the China embassy or the consulate where you resides. 2 weeks would be enough to get the tourist L type, and you don't have to pay for express service.
