About:Beijing Capital International Airport

we are travelling to Melbourne Australia from London

the reviews say we have to go through security at Beijing but I'm reading that the flights arrive at terminal3 from London and depart from terminal 3 for Melbourne with a 10 hour wait. please advise as one of passenger group is unable to walk far so will require assistance
