144HR Transit Visa - From JFK

I hope to

1. Fly into PVG from JFK - Get my 144HR Transit - Train to Hong Kong after 2 days
2. Train from Hong Kong to West Beijing after 2 days - get another 144HR Transit at the train station - Fly out of PEK to JFK

Are we good with the plan for 2 transit visas, like above.
