abu dhabi, uae - layover in beijing (7hrs) - nagoya, japan.

Question

I am a New Zealander travelling from Abu Dhabi to Nagoya. I have a layover of 7hours on my to Nagoya and 13hr layover on the way back to Abu Dhabi.  Will I have enough time to do a tour?

According to my experience, it takes around an hour for you to get out of the airport and another an hour to transfer to Beijing downtown, so I am afraid that the time is not enough for you to do a tour if you only have 7 hours' layover in Beijing. However, you may do a short city trip during your 13hr layover on the way back if your layover is in the daytime.
