About:China Visa

I am a filipino residing in belgium

So im travelling going back to philippines. However i have more than 17hr layover in shanghai.

Do i need a visa if in case i decided to go outthe airport to look around?

You can enjoy 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai, and if you can provide your hotel booking confirmations for Shanghai, you could go out the airport then.
